How to draw a Sonic girl

Description

This is my hastily put together Sonic girl base. Well, more like how I draw Sonic girls.
I'm sorry it's so sloppy. :/ I'm gonna try to re-do this.
I did this actually for ~RaygirlShay40. She stated that she wanted to perhaps draw a Sonic girl, so I decided I would try to help her.
I'm sure there are TONS of ways to draw Sonic girls, but this is mine.
OK, prepare for a lot of directions ahead. . .
THE HEAD
The head is a circle with a muzzle added on. The muzzle is under the eyes. The darker line shows that you make kind of a "dent" if you may, where the muzzle and head discontinue. Again, this is how I draw them, at least. Very rarely do I see Sonic characters have a mouth drawn on them right in the center of the muzzle under their nose. It is usually drawn to the side underneath a cheek.
THE EYES AND NOSE
The most common eye shapes I've ever seen are the normal eyes and then the hedgehog eyes, or as I nicknamed them, the cyclops eye. Seriously! They look like they're connected except with two irises and pupils. :P The hedgehog eyes are the ones I dotted over the normal eyes. I don't know if you can see it well. . . Those dotted, curved lines going up and down and across the head are where the muzzle, eyes, and nose will line up. Roughly. That is what I use as a guideline. I gave different nose types that I have seen before over to the side.
THE EARS
Their are many different types of ears you can put on a Sonic character. Why I did so many stacked on eachother, I don't know. I feel stupid for that now. But back onto track; the hedgehog/cat ears are the smallet on that head and they are each at a different angle according to the way this face is looking. The bat/fox ears are much larger. As for the rabbit ears, their are two kinds I have ever seen; Cream the Rabbits, whoes ears are swivled backwards, and then Bunnie Rabbot, who has the more common rabbit ear look.
THE TAILS
The tails come in all shapes and sizes. Hegehog and Bat tails normally look the same, but I sometimes use the upward tail on bats instead. Cats have many tail types; Blaze the cat has a crooked, spikier tail, whearas some cat characters have a sleek tail or even a big fluffy tail. I neglected to draw an Echidna tail, but basically, it looks like a curved inward lightning bolt. The rabbit tail, well, that's pretty self explanitory. . .
THE BODY
To me, I always picture a rounded hourglass shape and go from there. The breasts look a little like rounded tear drops, at least, to the side view of them. Just use circles and round tear drop shapes and try to keep them relativly even to eachother. Sometimes girls have a belly with a patch on it like Sonic the hedgehog; it's peach or white. I forgot to draw that too, so I'll try my best to describe it. Follow the outline of the body shape inside and give a little bit of space between the actual fur and the patch. Up towards the breasts looks like a sweetheart cut. It points inward into the cleavage. It should look like a heart with an hourglass added onto it, if that makes any sense.
THE ARMS, LEGS, HANDS, AND FEET
The hands are tricky because they have many joints in them. That rounded square in the middle of the hand is the place in the palm where all of the joints meet up. Most people don't think about it too hard, but each finger has three joints. Number one, the knuckles, of course! The second one is in the middle and acts as a main hinge for grabbing stuff. The last one is up near the fingertip and it gives the fingers more flexibility.
The arms and legs have joints in them too, but are less complicated. The thing you should pay most attention to is where the shoulders and hips meet these limbs. Arms meet at the shoulders and then curve inward to the head. Since Sonic characters don't have necks (or at least really small ones), this might be a little tricky to do, but after you practice a bit, it should get easier. As for the legs, they meet up round the hips. The hips in this picture are represented by what looks like a diaper. The two circles in the "diaper" are the joints in the hips where the femurs connect. And then the feet. Sonic characters don't have toes, so this should be much easier. What I do is just give them a foot shape and divide the foot into three sections; the heel in the back, the arch in the middle, and then the ball of the boot in the front.

OK, that should do it! I'm terribly sorry for the long explaniation, but I hope I helped a little.
